Who We Are
Finely Cured is a local Atlanta-based butchery that strives to provide the freshest humanely-sourced meats possible. Born from an idea to obtain the freshest meat possible for our friends and families, Finely Cured is now providing a better way to buy food in its natural form.
Why We Do This
Some of us were born in the country on farms that produced what we need, and others of us were city-raised allowing others to control the quality of our food. In embracing the “foodie” culture we found ourselves pushing the envelope of local and fresh. Our own dinner tables began to overrun with flavors, colors, smells, and a heartfelt desire to share foods in their natural form.
What We Do
We provide monthly meat subscriptions through a CSA format. Each month we deliver a box of ground meats, steak cuts, and roasts. From time to time each package will contain our special sausages and even bacon!
Our Meat Counter
In addition to our Meat CSA we sell individual cuts through our online store. Need a special cut for a special occasion? You won’t find a better quality cut of meat. Meat CSA subscribers can use this store to easily add to their subscription too!
